I'm surprised Cyrus managed to get as far as he did, really.
As I was saying, the Albanian Resistance Camels of Impending Doom (ARCID) have requested a shipment of firearms. Are they entirely unaware that they cannot use these weapons, due to the limitations of their anatomy? They need JETPACKS.

I have often contemplated a similar question which is that if cyrus didn't die would his plan have succeeded? The way I see it is that his first problem would be to manage to keep the truce, the only way I could see this happening was for every gang to get a fair share of the power and the spoils which would be practically imposable. But if this was managed then  I think his plan would have gotten to the point of the gangs controlling a good proportion of the city before the mayor or whoever would have seen the danger and called in the army to deal with the problem.  The minute this happened then I think it would fall apart as the gangs would be no match for trained soldiers and so many would be taken down that most of the gangs would just fall apart. This though would never of happened as the truce might have held between some gangs but there would be such bad blood between others to resolve that even if the power and spoils were split fairly it would still be be nearly imposable to resolve their difference's.
Stay Lucky, Peace Out.

I must agree with this statement.Knowing how difficult is to keep two gangs apart,I can't imagine how someone could hold a truce between so many different gangs, many of them still eager to prove themselves.

Well ye it can seem strange, but you know Big Men (like Cyrus) want also a big power... and he needed a lot of men 4 conquering all that big power he was speaking about during the conclave... so risky or not he did it!!! 8)
