cast members supposed to appear in music video

im not 100% they meant the cast of the film, more the cast of characters. just my interpretation though.

I think 'union' is right, the guy who wrote the article says:

There was a cast of characters from the movie The Warriors who were supposed to come into the video as if . . . well I don't really know what they were thinking we were supposed to be doing exactly, but whatever at least I got to dress up like a Baseball Furie.

Obviously, he was supposed to appear in the video dressed like one of the Furies. Presumably, there would be people dressed like members of the different gangs from the Warriors in the video.
