has anyone ever heard of the montreal screwjob? i'm guessing taintive7 might since hes a bret hart fan but could anywone give me any info on it

Okay its the 1997 Survivor Series and they are in Canada it's Shawn Micheals vs Bret Hart for the WWF World Title. The plan was to give Bret the title and then on Monday Night Raw he give it to Vince because he was going to WCW. But that's not how it went Shawn put Bret in Bret's Signature Sharpshooter. Shawn kept it in and Earl Hebner the ref rung the bell but Bret never tapped. Bret freaked out by spitting in Vince's face. Breaking the announce table monitors.
