Change THE NAME!!!!

From what i heard there is nothing in common between our warriors and the upcoming warriors movie besides the name cyrus and the premisise of it. I mean its in LA and invloves CRIPS AND BLOODS. I think since its almost completely diffrent they should just change the name of the movie to avoid hatred and confusion from people who haven't seen the original. Because obviously it is going to be very diffrent!! what do you guys thing

i disagre warriors (original) is a great film and as long as they don't make the new one 2 gangsta' it'll be fine so keep the name. its the story line that counts as long as the films good they could call swan, duck.

I don't want it to be all guns and driveby's cause that will ruin the original which was completelt different. But if it is a pretty decent movie and people lie it then it might bring attention back the original movie which will be good 8)

Crips, Bloods doesn't matter to me aslong as it has no gun use and pure fighting with no stupid Matrix style effects Im fine waiting for it.

I strongly agree with you. He is using then ame just for publicity. It angers me to see such a good name go to waste with a movie that has nothing to do with the original movie. I mean cmon seriously....why use the name if it has nothing to do with it. I just can only say one thing: Copy cat...

They can keep the basic plot and cyrus's name but its the fact that it will get me pissed trying to distinguish between wich movie people talk about.

I think they should keep the name, but add an extra word or phrase like THE WARRIORS LOS ANGELES GANGS or something like that.
