If you like Snatch and Lock Stock and Layer Cake then you need to watch this film. It is as good as all them. Its about a footballer who had everything but ends up in jail and puts up a team to take on the guards at football (not american football) What do you people think of this film?

Nope... Mean Machine is a different film... well... i say different... its about soccer wheras the longest yard is about american football... it is essentially the exact same story... or along the same lines anyway

Mean Machine was a good movie to me. I think you can make the Longest Yard with any sport.

It was a remake. But, I really liked Mean Machine. It had the dude from Transporter.

Haha, The Monk is a legend. I really like the guy from the Football Factory in it, his characters great, you gotta feel sorry for him lol
