Re: Witness to Cirus Shooting

I always thought that the witness was supposed to represent one of us. It would have been weird if he was unique looking, because than we would have to much thoughts and worries about this guy. I believe he was a random gang member who was supposed to represent all of us who wanted some justice to b...

Re: Warriors fighting styles Rating

I always believed that the skills of a person should not be rated like that.  We should look within a person heart and soul to express who they really are, and their true identity. Cleon:The farther of the group.  Hes like an old ancient samurai, or old leader of some native American tribe who poses...

Re: Cyrus Plan

In our society, or should I say our entire human existence there have always been cases like these.  Jesus sacraficed himself for his people. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr was killed after he touched the heart of millions.  Cyrus was like a modern day prophet.  His glow, his essence, his enlightenment, ...

Re: would you save AJAX?

When I first saw this, I knew that I had to be realistic right of way.  I had to remember that this is a street gang.  Their not as innocent as we think they.  Who knows maybe they each have their own skeletons in their closets. Yes even Rembrandt.  They all have their personal demons, and I never p...

Re: who is luther talking to?

When I first saw it I was thinking the Riffs, but than I had more common sense than that lol.  Later I was thinking of a youth worker, but this person seemed to have a huge essence of power.  So I simply chose "The Man".  "The Man" can be anybody, always trying to bring society down, and "the man" w...

Re: What are some "little" things in the film you like

I always liked how Swan put Mercy's hand down after she tried to fix her hair in front of the prom couple.  With out any words, he we don't need to change ourselves for the likes of you, your no better than us. I think a lotof people can relate to this.  I also like the diversity of the gang.  That ...

Re: Do you think rembrandt should have been wasted by the punks?

Not to sound like I am a goody 2 shoes or anything lol, but the whole reason i think we love the warriors, is because of the whole underdog theory.  Rembrandt was the kid brother that everyone looked out for. No matter how annoying some people may think he is(meaning the warriors), he is still the g...

Re: Who would of won

when i first watched the film, I never really looked at it like that.  Believe it or not, I actually don't care who would have won.  I looked at in the way we were supposed or I was supposed to anyway.  If these 2 did not put their differences aside, than this whole gang would fall apart.  The key i...

Thats cool, theres nothing wrong with being controversial.  It brakes barriers and reads in between the lines. You can learn things you never knew before and think outside the box.  Thats very unique. Welcome to the forum.

yes this is a wonderful place.  Its like a safe haven for those who want to preserve the movie.  Just like a museum that protects dinsour bones.  If we go down the time line we can learn a lot from one another. Just like a history book.  The more we learn the better the experence.

Re: POST UR COMMENTS HERE ON WAT U THINK OF THE FILM

I am sure it left a big impact on you.  Wow the feeling of this movie in 1979. You are very fortunate.  Although some people may have saw the recent screening of the warriors on big screen, it still does not compare to what the people went through in 79. I guess I will never know lol.

Re: The Movie

the reason I watched the film was, because in 2003, I flipped on the television and saw the seen were Ajax was arrested.  I realized it was James Remar because I recognized him from other movies.  When it hit a commercial, I thought this was a 70's movie that made fun of gang culture so I changed it...
