Oh yes this will be way better than the first one. Im a total predator fan for 5 years now. If predator kills any girls in this one I will have a reason to dislike him. But hell with the pred u can never go wrong. I love that guy. I hope this movie becomes a good one. I can't wait to see it!

man predator change compared to the first one!! he kills anything and everything in his path not like the first avp, he ends up teaming up with that one girl!!  is it coming out this year??

please tell me it's rated R so it won't be too drastically different from the respective franchises. PG-13 AVP? what were they thinking?!

I see what you guys mean.  The whole key element is "horror".  The pg-13 thing gave it a watered down affect to it.  If its rared R, we will get the whole desperation for survival feel to it.  I actually perfer when theres more of a smaller team, you know like the original team on predator with Arnold, and the original team from Alien, with Weaver.  It gives you that closed off from civilization feel to it, and no character confusuin. I hope this one is dark and gritty.

I have one question: Why the HELL is it still set on earth?

After the gigantic dissapointment that AvP1 was I'm not too eager to praise this one just yet. It seems like they added a lot of slasher-esque moments but I just don't know yet...they still can't seem to follow the source material properly. =/

Yeah, having it on another planet, in the future would not be bad.  They should get some influence from the videogame, now those games are hard core(Alien vs Predator:Extinction).

yeah, I mean, there have only been a rare few AvP comics set on earth and if I recall, they weren't very good either... I don't want to see teenage girls killing off aliens and preds, make it colonial marines, like it should be!

I totally agree...but its not like a colonial marine can actaully be able to kill a freaking Yautja!!! Its fun to see them run around screaming and yelling like little girls cuz there is a a predator in the facility!

Well, if you count Arnold in Predator 1 as a marine then I'd say theres a chance. But yeah, some classic moments playing as a pred, snaking up and wristblade-ing the hell out of all the humans that come in your way...

Right, Right. The Yautja have a society relavent to humans. I think if the Xenomorphs get out of hand the preds society can be destroyed. Only way to stop that is use their full blooded hunters and possiblily the Elder(Who is equipped with much skill)
