Cover Art for new DVD

My regular dvd has that same cover only the Warriors is written in white--so I think the RED brings out alot--I can live with it, cause I don't care what the cover looks like---I want the complete TEXT of what is inside--and the dvd to be top of the line!! That works for me.

I like the Artwork- it seems typical of the previous artwork we've seen.....I was concenred it would be totally differnet and not part of the orignal theme ....but this is inline wiht the original clearly...

Maybe over the years someone has bought the rights to the original artwork or actually the original piece itself and Paramount couldn't get the rights to reprint it so they just went with a photo they own.

I doubt it, Harley. I believe Paramount still has the rights to the old poster as it is being used by Rockstar who credit Paramount on the image.

I really would have liked the original artwork, I don't know why they're not using it. I would love to see a return to original artwork being used in movie posters again.

There is too much happening on the cover. It needs to be simple and effective. The green grafitti as Tantive7 mentioned.
