Where do you think the vests came from?

And not just the Warriors vests but every gang.

It's just something I always think of every single time I watch the movie. Where on earth do the gangs get their colours made because most of them are too well made to be done themselves! Just think of the detail in some of them! I mean the Warrior vests are made of real leather for a start...

Well, good question... maybe thanks to gangs business!!! Who knows!!!

Or maybe this could be another sorta movie blopper, anyway a well done blopper... I mean, indeed all the movie gangs vests are too well made. Instead we know real gangs vests were only "passable"!!!

Personally I think it would be freakin hysterical to see Ajax, Vermin, Snow and Swan all sitting in a little circle sewing their vests! Multi-talented boys that they are  8)

Yeah...it's such a gritty movie in some ways, it's so funny to picture them in these situations. I once posted a topic on if they worked in a school...I have the first part of a fic up about it too.

Funnily enough in my New fic there are going to be baby versions of the vests...I'm going to have to think about where these are going to come from

They probably went to some place like a biker shop, that had vests and whatnot, and gave them a design and had them do it. And then when they got new members they'd send them in for their vest (paid for with illegal money or by protection services).

Even some sporting goods stores sell jackets and the like with logos on them, with that logo avaiable only to members of a certain organization or group. Anyone can buy the blank jacket, but not everybody can get the full deal.

And in the case of a gang, the shopkeeper probably kept their vests in the back and only sold them to the Warriors.

actually bikers have had vests made since the 40-ys so i guess the warriors had no problem getting theirs done
there are lots of places making vests and logos with rockers really cheap
and if you know the basic biker clubs you have no problem to see where they got the inspiration from.....
