Well when I ever use all my five posts before midnight then wait until after midnight and ost I've never actually had a problem with being banned or anything like that to be honest, but I really never thought there could be a problem with that until you brought it up there stevo, I guess that could be confusing for a lot of people.

Anytime your not sure about your post counts, click on the PROFILE tab near the top of the screen and then click "show posts" on the left.  Count how many posts you have that says "TODAY" in the date.  If youve got five, you will know not to post any more.  If it shows a specific date, then the time has elapsed into the next day. Hope thats of some help.

Yeah Ninth Delegate gave you the best hint possible!!!
"Profile-Show Posts" and "Forum Date and Time" are the "keys" not to overpost!!!

Anyway this should be a problem only 4 who's not from England/Europe--->GMT(Greenwich/London) and Official Forum Time. Or +1 Italy... + 3 Russia.

Infact and I think u already know it: Usa (East Coast) -5... Mid -6/-7... West -8.
Australia + 11... New Zealand + 13...
(By Standard Time... Northern Hemisphere. - By Daylight Saving Time (DST)... Some Southern Hemisphere Countries.)

Anyway check this out... it's a good WorldTimeZone link. Good for your Current Time, and the Forum Current Time!!! You cannot go wrong guys. I mean, this way you can understand if you're posting during the same Forum day... or not!!!

See ya!!! 8)

Oh, ok Stevo... but shouldn't "your and forum time" be the same?
I mean the forum time is on England (GMT) Time, and I think you're from England.
Or not? Well, let me know man!!! 8)

What I noticed is that my day starts with my created time, which was about 1 pm.  So, if I post 5 times in an afternoon and then 5 the next morning (which I did the first two days), it looked like I had made 10 posts in a day in my profile.  Once the time was past 1 pm, my profile changed to 5 per day.
