Hello there, i have recently came off a ban which i had no clue of what i had done apprently this was what got me banned
Flair needs to hang his boots up now he cant even land on his back proply at his age he is going to break a hip
http://warriorsmovie.co.uk/forum/index. ... ic=10282.0 (link to topic)
I heard that you were banning not so inactive members to clear the forum up for 2008 which i can understand ive checked through my last posts and i dont think ive over posted
i dont want to cause a stir at all but when i tryed to log on (when my ban was in place) all i got was Sorry Warrior 2k6 but you are not aloud to use this froum
id just like a reason on why i got banned so i can accept what ive done at the moment im pretty annoyed because i dont see what ive done wrong if you get me?
Please could someone clear this up for me
Thanks Warrior 2k6

You posted in the Warriors rank only section. You can't post there until you have 250 posts. It wasn't the post at all that got you banned.

Re: Banned For What?
I too have recently been banned for breaking the rules. I understand the rules are in place to keep the site running smoothly, but I don't think an instant ban is deserved in some cases.
I also posted in The Warriors only section. The only reason being is that I'm used to checking the most recent posts using the button at the bottom of the forum, and then replying to any of those if I have something to add. I'm not used to making sure these are threads I'm allowed to post in, which is why I posted. I actually realized straight afterwards and edited my posts to apologise for the infringment, and I was still banned for a week. I'm new to the firum and not aware of the history, (although I know you've had problems in the past with problem members) and wondered if you could simply give someone a first warning if they break (IMHO) a rule like psosting more than 5 times in once day (within reason eg 6) or by posting in a Warriors only section of the board, rathern that just banning them staright away for one week.
Surely there is some leeway for the Mods to not ban someone, Lion even noted my apology but said "rules are rules". If I had the option to delet my posts I would have deleted them. I now know to be more careful when I post and check
If someone is flagrantly breaking the rules and flaming/harrassing/spamming/causing trouble then I think an instant ban is deserved, if you make a mistake and break the rules initially without realizing it, then relaize and apologise and still get banned for a week, I don't think that's deserved. It's gotta get new people treading on eggshells trying to make sure that they don't break the rules - I know I am now.
