David Harris about the remake

Post by Cyrus »

Hi guys,
David has posted an answer(again) on his Myspace page to numerous questions he's receiving about the Warriors remake:

Warriors Remake?

We have been asked this question 100 times at least. And David's answer has not changed.

"They talked about doing a remake and Walter said "No Way", so they are just rumors as far as I know, THERE WILL MOST LIKELY BE NO REMAKE OF THIS CLASSIC FILM.

HOWEVER IF THIS DOES CHANGE AND WE HEAR SOMETHING NEW, YOU GUYS WILL BE THE FIRST TO KNOW. SO PLEASE COME UP WITH SOME DIFFRENT QUESTIONS.
I do hope he is right.IMO,we don't need a remake,1979 movie is just fine! :D

I don't know I may like a remake if done right, like having all the gangs like in the original but there is a slim chance of that.

Well I've always thought a 1979 movie remake is not a good move... and Walter Hill "No Way" is a good thing!!!
The Warriors was-is-'ll be  really "The One and Only!" 8)
