Good question.  Maybe because they were the largest gang in the city, (and they don't have to take any s**t) they could have the smaller gangs do there bidding.  Why would the Riffs send their own men out to possibly get racked when the smaller gangs are more than happy to do the dirty work.

Then again, if one of my fellow soldiers (if I had any fellow soldiers) fell the way Cyrus did, I would want some sweet, sweet revenge.

Maybe it was formation practice night at the Riff's headquarters.  And nothing interrupts 'standing in formation' night.

I don't know.....anyone else?

I think you need to go back and watch the movie again, cuz the RIFFS that showed up at the end was the same Riffs that was in there headquarters the hole time, think before you make a post, and don't reply to my post if its not to talk warrior talk im not here for that, im here to hear different warriors fans point of views

I forgot about the "What about our patrols" part.  We didn't see them though, they could have been sitting in a Dunkin' Donuts for all we know.  I have seen that movie literally 4-500 times.  If you look at the movie as a whole the Riffs are not very proactive during the hunt.  Other than that one line and then showing up after the real killer had been exposed.  Hardly a man-hunt.  Whatever. 

Did you really need to question my fan-dom in your post.  If I hadn't seen the movie I wouldn't be on this site.  Nothing like getting slammed for not being exactly perfect in my post.  'That's s**t brothers'  (not being silly just telling it how it is.)  I can't stand people who insist on taking the fun out of stuff. Yawn

Right. Someone who has been here two years, has over 1000 posts, and is very well respected on this site "dont know what hes talking about". He mentioned that the Riffs talk about having patrols out. You then told him he obviously hasn't watched the movie since the Riffs that show up at the end are the same ones in the hangout? Those aren't even slightly related points. Also, there are a hell of a lot more Riffs at the end than you see in the hangout, other than at the very start when Masai is asking around about the Warriors. That was really early in the night, and I'd say they were probably still reorganizing after the shooting at that point, rather than sending out patrols right away.

In conclusion, you're the one who ought to think before you post. Just because Masai and a couple of Riffs we've seen before are there at the end, doesn't mean there weren't patrols out. In fact, they specifically say there are patrols out.

You made no valid point.  I wasn't aware that demeaning people is now considered having a 'valid point'.  I am not questioning that what I said was not a hundred percent correct.  It's the way that you insinuated that I don't know the Warriors.  I know people like you.  And I don't like many of them.

If you have a problem with the way another member talks to u, tell it to a mod or speak to that member thru a pm. That will be a lot more effective.

Fair enough.  the last thing I wanted to do was start an argument when I made the initial post. I refuse to let some person slight me in a forum that is supposed to be fun. 

I have been on many a message board where people have made error's in their post's.  The proper thing to do is correct it in a constructive and good natured manor.  Not to take a shot at someone you don't even know. 

This is my last word on the subject, because this is indeed not the place to vent.  I am just bummed that this was my first encounter with anyone on the site.  I just want to discuss my favorite movie, and chat with other link minded people.  Not bicker about other crap.
