Geeza I would rate it a 11. Its light,funny,believable story,based on real life gangs from the past.
Im more than twice the age of most people on this site so maybe I can relate to this era better. :?:
Rent it, I can say that if your a fan of the Warriors then you will enjoy The Wanderers.
I dont think its good enough to make a xbox video game of but check it out anyways :mrgreen:


Hey The Swan. Who do you think would win in a fight beetween Ajax and Emilio, Perry VS Swan , Cleon VS Terror, Joey VS Rem. J/K :mrgreen:

I like the film, a little boring towards the end.

Any scenes with the Ducky Boys, I enjoy, esp. that "conversation" between Turk and the one Ducky Boy outside the church.  A gang that has its own church!  I love it! :lol:

As I think it says in the book.....  One moment, the DBs are in church, and the next....  a rival's turf ends up looking like London after the Germans' attack.

I think this movie is very under rated probably because it came out the same time as the warriors and it did not play that long in movie theaters. The warriors definitely has more cult status where is the wanderers had better acting.They are both different and original in ther own way. I love them both.

When I saw The Warriors in 79 I remember The Wanderers trailer playing before the movie

You know, I think the wanderers is almost as good as the warriors.

It shows the life in the setting it is in.

Just like the warriors i guess.

Allright Angvav 8) JMO, This is the only movie that comes close to the Warriors Got a fav gang or charactor from the movie?
