WARRIORS REMAKE

Post by angvav »

WARRIORS REMAKE

I am not so sure about this one people.

Before I say this I do stress this is my point of view and nothing more.

I think the more this remake tries to stay the same as the original, the less it will be like it.

It is like trying to tell someone that an orange is a lemon.

It is not!

The spirit is not the same as the original.

I don't know whether a remake should be made at all.

A cult movie should be left alone.

Not that anyone can stop it being made.

There is nothing wrong or right about it. The remake being made that is.

But when it happens, it should be completely different, otherwise I think it is a complete shambles.

What does every else think?

Yeah.

I am fairly new to this site and have not read through everybodies posts.

Especially about the warriors remake.

So I hope that explains why I have a post or two without people noticing them.

And not that I expect people to.

But thanks for your response anyways.

I'll make sure I read posts and not blindly post them next time!

I hear that the city is not Manhattan/NYC in the remake, but Los Angeles. Is this true? It sounds more like Grand Theft Auto, San Andreas...

I googled the remake and found out it is LA.

If I remember correctly.

Thats pretty much how I feel althogh I am for the remake done right. The basic story and type of characters should remain the same other wise it will be a different movie entirely.
