BARACK OBAMA AND CYRUS
I JUST GOT BACK FROM THE RALLY FOR OBAMA IN INDIANAPOLIS AND WHO POSTED A TOPIC ABOUT HOW BARACK IS THE NEW CYRUS BUT I FELT LIKE I WAS IN A NEW WARRIORS MOVIE ESPECIALLY WITH ALL THE GUYS WEARING VESTS WITH THE NAMES OF COUNTRIES ON THEM ILL POST SOME PICTURES OF THE RALLY SEEMS WAY BETTER THEN IT SOUNDS AND SORRY ABOUT THE CAPITAL LETTERS MY CAPS LOCK IS BROKE

Re: BARACK OBAMA AND CYRUS
WOW Obama as Cyrus, what a fitting role.
I can't say I share your beliefs about him and I hope that he loses the election. Should the unthinkable happen and he gets elected and the first thing he says is CAN YOU DIG IT !!!! I might dislike him a little less.
Maybe he could play Cyrus in 2012 Warriors remake movie?

Re: BARACK OBAMA AND CYRUS
Obama is getting my vote by a landslide, and NOT because of any Cyrus comparisons.
I can not see how anyone could vote McCane after what Bush has done to us for the last eight years. Boggles the mind.

Re: BARACK OBAMA AND CYRUS
I might get dumped on, but I'm gonna say it anyways.
I ain't gonna vote.
Seems that every time I vote for somebody and he wins, the country ends up getting screwed. I mean, y'don't know who's tellin' the truth. Some just say what everybody wants to hear just to get the votes, then they do the opposite of what they say they gonna do.
Public Enemy's "Can't Trus' It"..... remember that one?
I think I would at least vote for the one who's obviously not going to win. Doing this would take away a vote from those who are most likely to win.
Now, about Cyrus:
I think there was a thread on whether or not Cyrus could unite the gangs and what his motives were. I never thought about it from this angle here even though Cochise did mention "president" (When you're th' presiden' of th' biggest gang in th' city, etc......), which could be a hint.
Cyrus may have wanted the rivalry to stop...... or he may have wanted more power. Who knows?

Re: BARACK OBAMA AND CYRUS
Here's the facts on Obama
http://www.collegehumor.com/video:1884853
But seriously, I'm still not sure who I will be voting for. I'm not a Republican but I don't consider myself a Democrat, either, so I can't choose based on my party affiliation.

Well thats 2 for Obama, 2 against,1 no vote and 1 undecided. Warrriors9 where did you go?
How about a poll in the off topic section. Im not sure if Im allowed to create one?
Im very Conservative
Im not very happy with McCain as my choice but its the lesser of two evils for me. I would rather vote for the better of two goods instead.
Obama is the most Liberal canidate ever!!!!!

Re: BARACK OBAMA AND CYRUS
If I were American I'd vote Obama President.
Anyway, McCain would be a Good President too... and, to be 1000% Honest, I've to say Hilary Clinton would of been The Perfect President. But, as you guys know, she... well, maybe Next Time.

Re: BARACK OBAMA AND CYRUS
I could see that. Obama giving the speech: Now that my crooked lefty socialist goverment runs this country nothing will move without being regulated and taxed taxed Taxed.
No McCain's my man. Probaly consider myself one of those right wing nut jobs as a matter of fact.
Ya Kowolski I deleted my first comment. Thought it showed a little disrespect to TCM and since I consider him a bud I cooled down and got rid of it. Being a good Rep and loving The Orphans as much as you do puts you on that list to.
Scurvy dog am glad to see you'll be voting. Its just to important this time. Remember you saying you might stay away this year a month or so ago and it was gone before I could say anything.
Hoping you undesided with come over to our side and Swan thank God your not American.

Re: BARACK OBAMA AND CYRUS
Well I to be honest I dont see very much difference between Democrats and Republicans anymore.
They seem to have blended into one party if you ask me.
Obama is a very well spoken articulate canidate. He gives the appearance of being a strong leader.
That is only on the surface though. Here are few facts that the media has in general ignored.
He has longtime connections with Bill Ayars. A convicted domestic terrorist
Of Obama course he denies
He went to reverand Wrights church for 20 years. Just check out what reverand Wright has to say about America. Obama claims that in 20 years of going to his church he did not know his reverands politics. Now Obama tries to distance himself from the church he belonged to.
Lets not forget about the Acorn voter registartion fraud that Obama is connected to.
He wouldnt wear a US flag pin on his collar.
He has the most Liberal voting ever in his very short time in the senate. He has proven to me that he is anti military. He would not stand up as a Warrior to our enemys. As Joe Biden says he will be tested. I would sooner vote for Sully and Jesse than Obama and Biden.
TCM, I do agree with ya on Bush. He will go down in history as one of the worst presidents ever
I would hope that I could disagree with another forum members politics and still call them freind here
So feel free to disagree

Re: BARACK OBAMA AND CYRUS
You pretty much nailed it Kowolski and we could add to that list till we were blue in the face and to so many it just does'nt matter. (Talking general public, no one here).
I swear theres times I think maybe I've sliped over in another dimention or at least the Twilight zone. Hopefully not the end of days.

Warriors 9 is right there is a bunch more that can be added but this picture says it all to me.
What presidental canidate in their right mind wouldn't honor the flag.

Re: BARACK OBAMA AND CYRUS
I totally agree about Hilliary Swan...I love the Clintons, but Obama is really starting to grow on me. I think George Bush has really hurt America's image with the rest of the world with his brashness and arrogance. I apologize to any international friends that Bush and his administration have made feel negative towards America. I come from and love the America that has helped the rest of the civilized world to be better like after World War 2. I think Obama can do a lot to improve foreign relations with America and that means a lot to me because I truly value our friends from Europe and other parts of the world. It truly saddens me for other countries that used to love and respect America start to dislike us because of the actions of someone like Bush. Bush stole both elections in this country in which he was elected. In 2000 it was Florida and then in 2004 there was 300,000 votes that were primarily democratic not counted in Ohio. I think only 1 out of every 4 people in America like George Bush. The Swan wrote: If I were American I'd vote Obama President.

Re: BARACK OBAMA AND CYRUS
But I like Barak Obama and I hope he...
Anyway, I'm Italian... not American, so I cannot REALLY (like you guys) know who could be The Best President for The USA between him and McCain... Really The Best...
I only hope The Winner will be an Excellent President... for you American Friends and for All The Rest of The World... and I think you guys understand very well what I mean now...
So... Tomorrow... Let's See... well, Win The Best!!!
But it's not up to them by now... or not? 8)

Re: BARACK OBAMA AND CYRUS
Im not sure what your getting at about the photo? He is supposed to put his hand on his heart for the National Anthem
Everyone else knew how that works. Here's the video.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N8QCkgg5Kjo

First of all, I will preface this by saying I would not vote for Obama even if he was running unopposed - largely due to his pro-choice stance, and his socialist "spread the wealth" philosophy. It has NEVER worked for government to do that.
Now about the photo - granted, he did not put his hand on his heart but that was for the national anthem. There is acutal video of Obama covering his heart during the pledge of allegiance. I don't like him as a candidate, but I will say a lot of the things said about him have been debunked. I guess I just don't like to see false rumors about either candidate. Amost everything we hear, on both sides, is slanted to favor whomever said it - and that's a shame.
