They altered it a bit as to not get hit with an lawsuit (No dripps, sharper thinner letters). You can tell the inspiration tho.

I've also noticed that some of the "Tap out" brand t-shirts that the fighters have been wearing in recent shows, have a winged skull on it. The wings are at a different angle to the warriors logo though.

If you google "skull, wings" there are soooo many variations of the WARBIRD, it is not funny. This what you are talking about?
