shoot, if you get a mini embroidery machine, just off this board alone, I know people would buy these. I was looking back at a TURNBULL patch that you did on a jacket. What I would do to your current design is:

1) Embroider the black around the shield and the wings.
2) embroider the gold shield
3) Screen print (like you did on the other patch) the wording

I think you will have a VERY screen accurate TURNBULL patch. First one I think. I am not knocking your work at all. Shoot it's a lot better then I could do.

thank you very much...

what is the price of an Electric Eliminators Patch?
this one took a lot of time to make.

I've been looking at the screen grabs of the Turnbulls Logo and i don't see any embroidery on there...i actually think the patch is stencilled onto felt similiar to the one i'm working on, when you zoom in you can see it's felt or another soft material...

busy sewing my Turnbulls Logo onto a jacket now...

i like your ee patch, i would like to know the price if you decide to sell these. there were 12" patches on ebay from sm for about $30 i think. however, i think the actual size of the ee patch is 15" and thats what sm has for the new patch and the newer ee jacket

Looking at the screens of the Turnbull patch, I still think there is embroidery there.

Print out a close up of the patch from the auctioned swan vest.  Use that as a template to get an accurate shaped patch.  As much as I like the ccWizard/mondotees mk 2 patch; its wider than the warbird seen in the movie.

does anyone have any accurate measurements for the warbird and rocker?

i'd like to get the correct height before i start on the detail
