Child's vest

Post by LIER ONE »

I have the first issue of the O.M.A. comic on my IPHONE. My god-child has been reading it and getting very in to  THE WARRIORS (I am soooo happy, he is 4). I got a vest for $5 on ebay and hand drew in the piping. I then made an iron-on of the patches. I put the progress below. Let me know what you think. I know the piping is off, but I did it by hand and got difficult.

Damn, wish I had a vest like that when I was a kid.  Wait till you teach him how to use spray paint.  I don't think Tri's dog will be using spraypaint when it marks its spot.

I knew I had it coming, but my nephew has a twin and wasn't interested in our movie, but once I brought the vest over, he wanted one. I got a $7 vest off of ebay. It isn't to scale at all and again I did the piping by hand with a fabric marker.

VEST COLOR (I ONLY GO FOR THE ORANGE BROWN) IT HAD 2 STRAPS THAT I CUT OFF

It is not to scale at all, but I am sure he will be happy. I can't wait to see them both in the vests side by side.

That looks great mate! You really are an artist!
Those iron-ons from computer, what paper you use for them?

Thanks. They are regular iron-on transfers (for DARK T-shirts) that I get at STAPLES or an arts & crafts store here in the states. I do not know about over-seas, but you could order them online. Very easy to use and apply.

Cheers mate! I'll check in local craft shops, if not, I'll see if there's any on Ebay.
