The top one looks like he's stripped an A1 vest of its patch and piping and applied it to one of his own.

All it takes is a few hours here to get all the info needed to make a screen accurate vest. All that is needed is a maker. Some of these have to come from a maker, so why not make them correct. It seems the vests are worse and worse. A novice fan will spend the big bucks on thses and think he has a correct vest.
