I would hate to see a remake of Stand by me.  I can't think of any decent male child actors who would even be close to fitting the roles.

As for Roger Rabbit; number 2 got scrapped years ago by spielberg himself (look up Toon Platoon)

Harrison Ford has agreed to do another Indy film and the current draft is focused on The bemuda triangle

Red dawn has been in the pre production stage for a while

Breakfast club remake got put on hold.  It was to be set in an airport waiting lounge.

There is currently 2 more mad max sequels being made. One will be in Three Deeeeeeee.

Footloose, i believe is in the casting stages.

Hmmm...that is rather intriguing. A sequel might be interesting. Beepo may not actually
talk to Travis or anybody else, but maybe Travis could start talking to Beepo. He could
hear suggestions about future crusades he could wage, kinda like that dog talking
to the Son of Sam.

They already scewed up The Sandlot with not 1, but 2 sequels, so if they have the nerve to do that, I could see them remaking it too.
