What band would you most like to see reunite?
A lot of musical groups have come and gone - sometimes they reunite. Which groups would you like to see get back together for another album and tour?
Let's stick with groups that all of their members are still living for this topic, or all the members of that particular lineup are still living.
I would say Talking Heads - they were fantastic as solo artists, and awesome as a group. However, that is very unlikely to happen, as David Byrne says a lot of bad blood went down between them during their breakup - and they are miles apart musically, having gone down different paths for so long.
I would pay $250 for a ticket to see them, as long as the seat wasn't directly behind a pole.
Who would anyone else pick?

ABBA! :D
Just kidding! My favourite band, Iron Maiden, have never split (thank God), and are still playing. At the moment, I can't think of any other band I love so much to wish to see them reunited.

Since you mentioned Maiden; i'd like to see Paul Dianno reunite with the band. Always did prefer his vocals. After Bruce replaced him, the band creativness went in another direction from the first 2 albums.

I personally prefer Bruce Dickinson's vocals; Paul Dianno was a good singer, but he couldn't sing many of Maiden's songs performed by Dickinson, he just doesn't have a range of voice for those songs. The same thing was with Blaze Bayley, I saw him at gigs with Maiden 5-6 times, he was struggling with most of the songs from Dickinson's era.

I gave up on the band when Bailey took over. The quality nosedived. Even Derek Riggs said screw it, find someone else to do the album cover.
I was a fan of the band from 1980. I've still got the first official releases they did on an album called Metal for mutha's.
It's a bit of vice versa with Bruce and Paul. Bruce's cover of Sanctuary was ok, but his cover of Charlott the Harlot blew big chunks.

Switchblade Symphony. I would also say Moloko, but that's not much of a difference because either way it's Roisin Murphy singing.

Ah, the drama that is Van Halen... kick out Dave, Hire Sammy. Kick out Sammy, hire Dave to sing a few songs. Kick out Dave, hire and kick out Sammy again. Hire Gary Cherrone (not sure if that's the right name), kick him out and refuse to acknowledge VH3, hire Dave... and kick out Mike and hire your own son.
For a while a lot of people believed it was the egos of either Dave or Sammy that caused problems in the band, but it seems to be Eddie who has the problem. I'm not that into Van Halen but I can appreciate them musically, and think it sucks that Mike was booted out just so Wolfgang could have a job.
Can you imagine how harsh that was? Mike probably saw him grow up over the years, and probably thought it was pretty cool that Wolfgang wanted to play bass instead of following in Eddie's footsteps. Maybe he even gave him some pointers. Then one day, Mike gets fired an Eddie hires Wolfgang. Maybe his goal is to ultimately have only family members in the band.

there is only one for me: GUNS N' ROSES.

If it was possible, The Beatles! At least Ringo and McCarteny are still preforming though.
