Original vests have turned up in rock star's collections before, but I don't think this is one of them.
Can't tell for sure with the picture resolution, but i'd say thats a warriorcleon patch set on the vest (small sized and no black border around the warbird). It wouldn't surprise me if it's one of the original custom batch from SHM.
