I know i'm not supposed to post anywhere but the Proving Grounds but I know there are few looking for vests/patches and I think I remember someone talking about CCWizard. If i'm in the wrong Mods please delete this post.

for a price this low, you can grab these and replace the warbrid on yer vest (which is exactly what i did)

I think this company maybe the american distributor of ccWizards products. The patches are EXACTLY the same.
The shipping will be cheaper for you stateside folk.

I even had did a search through the vests/patches/outfits for any sign of CCWizard and saw a couple of post about them. I picked up two of them before I posted the link. So this patch is what you have on your vest 4nik8? Mind sharing a pic?
