Hi-Hats are tough gang, but yeah, before I thought that they were wimps beacuse they look like bunch of clowns, but I think they're strong just like in the game.

I reckon the Rouges... They wine a lot but apart from that they can't even take some one out with out a gun... useless. Apart from that the Turnball AC's.
