Ya, I am thinking the name "Lizzies" is a dead give away. Although, just because they are into other
women dosn't mean that some of them don't like guys as well. My pick was always the cute blonde with
the long permed hair. For some reason I always thought that saucy little brunette that got with Vermin
was kinda cute too.

BTW, I am pretty sure that the Lizzies were supposed to represent the Sirens from Greek mythology.

Well, isn't "Lizzie" meant to mimic "Lezzie", which is sort of short for Lesbanian?

Not only are the Lizzies plenty hot, but that song that they dance to is Love Is A Fire, a one-off by the one and only Genya Ravan, who we were well into back in the bleak days of the 80's.
Interesting about the connection with The Punks, they do appear similar in style, except The Punks' uni is the biballs and The Lizzies' is the rainbow T shirt.
