Chapter 10: Smash-ed
An hour later

Wolf could smell the Smash den from a block away there were two guys outside who were obviously guards

Drake- we can take them

Wolf- lets stealth it here hit them with these bricks

Drake and Wolf threw there bricks and both guards dropped they walked through the front door people lay every where on stained couches and a table with all sorts of drugs on them Wolf walked up to the nearest Smashhead who was re-filling his pipe

Wolf- Smashhead where’s Angel
Junkie- back room I think
Wolf- put him to sleep

As Drake slammed the junkies head against the table knocking him out Wolf looked at the semi-past out junkies they where woken up by the table shacking and one of the glass pipes falling off and smashing they were rising from there dirty mattresses and couches looking pissed

Junkie- gang raid every one wake up

The junkies which could stand had started running towards Drake and Wolf .Drake started swinging dropping junkies with one punch and completely enjoying himself Wolf however was more determined pushing junkies out of his way with the bat as he reached the kitchen one of the junkies grabbed his jacket and started pulling him to the exit she was weak yet had a strong grasp Wolf pushed her onto one of the mattresses he raised the bat to hit her until he relised it was Angel. Under the rags and dirt it was Angel he fell to his knees and started hugging her he looked at her face he relised it was not dirt that was under her eye and on her cheek it was a large dark bruise

Wolf-shit Angel who did this I’ll kill them

Angel- doesn’t matter lets just go please take me back home

Wolf- okay lets go

In the other room Drake was having the best time ever junkie after junkie came at him only to hit the ground most of them would get back up for another pounding but of course all fun must come to and end as Wolf came into the room carrying Angel and nodded at him Drake knew times up chucking the Junkie he was beating up towards the group he caught up with Wolf who gave him the bat

Wolf- Drake hold this

Drake- Angel okay

Wolf- she’s good

They exited the front door and started walking to the hangout the cold fresh ear filled there nostrils which was better then the stench of Smash once they got ten feet away from the door Angel started talking

Angel- do you have a car

Drake- nope

Angel- then we might wanna run

Wolf- why

Angel- my dealer he has a gun

Drake- why didn’t he come out during the fight

Angel- I smacked him over the head with a mirror as soon as I saw you guys

Dealer- get back here

Angel- Wolf run

The dealer fired his small revolver 3 times and it was empty two bullets missed completely yet one hit Wolf in the thigh going straight through his leg Wolf hit the ground grasping his leg Angel fell to his side

Drake- son of a bitch

The dealer ran as Drake chased after him trough the streets of the abandoned area. The rain started pouring washing the blood off the pavement as Angel kneeled over Wolf crying for help.
