yeah it was front page of the Sheffield star.
it looks as though whoever has done it was allowed to, police are around that area a lot so I can't see somebody being able to do all that without getting caught.
it's not actually on a wall it's on a wooden security fence surrounding a derelict building.
I looked on google street view to see if it was on, the wooden fence is there but the graffiti is different.

Went past again today hoping to get some better pictures but the building has been demolished and all the fence panels have gone, glad I took those when I did now.

What a shame its gone. I hope the wooden fence ended up getting saved by someone as its way too good for fire wood.
