Warriors Fest 2!

Post by Cochese »

Christian "Cochese" Szell: Is it safe?
Thomas "Babe/4NIK8" Levy: I don't know what you mean. I can't tell you something's safe or not, unless I know specifically what you're talking about.
Christian "Cochese" Szell: Is it safe?
Thomas "Babe/4NIK8" Levy: Tell me what the "it" refers to.
Christian "Cochese" Szell: "MY VEST", Is it safe?
Thomas "Babe/4NIK8" Levy: Yes, it's safe, it's very safe, it's so safe you wouldn't believe it.
Christian "Cochese" Szell: Is it safe?
Thomas "Babe/4NIK8" Levy No. It's not safe, be careful.

I'm not completely averse to bringing it, but I'm a bit nervous about something happening to it in transit. You wouldn't even have to put me up. Hmmm, let me have a think about it, if you're serious? Would I even be able to escape from New York alive with it??

If you do bring the vest on a plane, DO NOT check it - carry on only!

HA! No doubt, but you may have to protect me/IT with "all those muscles" ;) In which part of New York do you live? I take it you're attending the event - even "involved" in some way, perchance?

I grew up in the Flatlands section of Brooklyn, minutes away from Coney, but have since moved approximately 3 hours away, in what is generically called "upstate" NY

...Not involved this time around, but will certainly be attending the event

Roget that! Fancy meeting-up regardless? I fear these opportunities are going to present themselves less and less in the years to come :(

Absolutely! I'll be staying at my brother's in Manhattan (not too far from where the Furies were supposed to be) for all the days, from Wednesday 9/14 on...

Cool! Well, I'll be arriving on the same day :D Most likely will be staying in Brooklyn Bay somewhere. PM me your personal contact details and I'll do the same and we can hang-out :D Will try to bring my vest (if you're serious?) and a few other "surprises" ;) Can't wait to finally meet you!!

HA! In that case, I'll do my best not to disappoint... :)

I was told "Brooklyn Bay" - does that not exist? If not, I'll look more into it, but apparently only walking distance from Coney!

Anyone fancy a bit of DC @ Madison Square Garden on Wednesday 14th September, if you're already in town for Warriors Fest II?

They probably meant Sheepshead Bay in that case

Depending on where should be no more than 2 miles away from Coney, plus there usedta be cheap motels around...

Well, let's assume that for now - more details as they come in…

Also, you fancy DC (sadly with Axl  ) on the Wednesday night?

I will be there on Saturday. Hopefully there is more to do and less crowded as it is 4 days long. Looking for more merchandise. Can't wait to get both Cowboy and Cropsey's sigs.

Looks like Remar has dropped out of this (something to do with his manager being an arsehole).
No Walter or Lawrence either (film schedule conflict).

Did anyone here something about Ginny dropping-out or did I dream that?
