Looks like you will get some help from other gangs.
Or it will be an all out rumble.

On one of the screenshots, one with the Hi-Hats and Snow is on top of one of them, you can see in the back some Electric Eliminators beating up a could of Hi-Hats.

Teaming up?
Or 3-way gang fights?
