Hello, I was just wondering if anyone has seen the film: THE TAKING OF PELHAM 1 2 3?
This is also a really good film, made around the same time as the Warriors?
Its in my top films!

That's a great film. I only watched it for the first time about a year ago as i read an article about great subway films and that was one listed.
They did a remake of it in the 90's but, i don't think it was very good according to IMDB.com

I didnt realise there was a remake of that, it must of been a bit of a flop. The one Ive seen is the one with Walter Mattau (i think thats how you spell his last name).

This is an old topic, but I figure I'd bring it back up, rather than post it again.
Yes, this movie RULES. It really reminded of the Warriors, because of the subway setting. It was really intriguing, wondering how these guys would pull it all off. I liked little details too, like how Mr. Brown stutters, and Mr. Grey keeps hitting on the hooker

It really threw me off when the hijackers removed their mustaches and glasses. I was like, whoa! They looked completely different without them on.
