How old were you when The Warriors came out?

Well, i was 12 when the movie was released in 1979. It came to Greece in 1980 and i saw it then. We knew the cinema owner, so we got in eventhough it was a PG-17 (of course). I've been addicted since then. I get the goosebumps whenever i watch the film, guys (and gals), which is about every other month. It's the only movie i can watch again 'n again. I have the TV version with the extra scenes (both censored and uncensored versions) and they ARE the SHIT!!! Hope they make it to the new DVD. BUT, i'm really looking forward to the featurettes from behind the scenes...can hardly wait...October is very far

i was 7 years old watched it at 7&a half been hooked ever since seen it about 75 -80 times ...

I was 6. I saw it in the theater. I was terrified of the Furies who seemed like dangerous loons. I was saddened by ajax and didn't get the ending at all. I have since seen it wel over 200 times in all and the Punks fight probably 300 times.

I was 5 and saw it with my older brother, he was 19 (R.I.P). His girlfriend worked at the theater and we watched it, just us three, late one night for free. I bugged him so much that I wanted to see it, that he took me. Later he told me, that The Warriors was the only movie he had ever watched from start to finish, most of the time he was messing with his girl in the dark

. Then, I wondered why I couldn't sit with them, why 14 rows in front. Nasty that brother of mine. O:)

I would have been about 5yrs old when the film came out.

Saw the film for the first time when i was about 12yrs old....

I regret not taping the TV version of the film with the extra scenes when it was shown on BBC2 back in 1997.

I was in Junior high when this came out. we all went from talking about Saturday Night Live on Mondays to talking about The Warriors. Somebody got killed in Ohio after a showing so my mom wouldnt let me see it at first. but i got there.
