If I'm not mistaken this was the first King TV miniseries that he wrote the screenplay for and produced, followed by The Stand and The Tommyknockers. After the hack jobs that hollywood did to all his books, I can't blame him for wanting total control over movies made from them.

I agree Marlboro...always loved the adaptation for IT. Tim Curry is awesome as Pennywise. Scary as hell.

Did you ever see the 6 hour extended version of Needfull Things????
Not the edited down 2 hour p.o.s. that was in theaters. It was on cable a while back. Lots more acurate to the book than the theatrical version.

Spider Baby wit Sid Haig? Been wanting to see that movie since I saw Sid in Jackie Brown and House of a 1,000 Corpses. Have a nostalgic connection witht he KISS movie as well.
