Did it ever occur to you guys that after Cyrus got shot and the Warriors made it to the graveyard, that they were all sweating profusely?!?!

I mean it's like the director threw bottles of water on all of them. I mean I understand adrenaline, but geeeeeez it looks like they ran flat out for 10 miles haha.

It appeared like they only ran about 100 yards or so, but I guess what can also be taken into consideration is the fact that it was a panic situation, everyone was a bit scared, and the short distance they ran was probably a sprint. A lot of energy was exerted for that short period of time.

Besides all you have to do in New York City is walk around the block on a hot July night and you're drenced in sweat nevermind running a hundred yards.

In the first shots they are really sweaty, but they dry up quick.

I allways figured they must have run a fair distance otherwise you would hear the sirens and probably see other people running through the Graveyard.

Yeah I always thought they were a little bit too wet with sweat for such a short run, however intense it may have been lol. Isn't it strange too that no other gangs (out of thousands of members) followed the Warriors through that opening they made?

But hey it's all just dramatic license, gotta allow a little of that for every movie.
Big Cyrus. He was gonna run the whole city...what crap that was.

They had the huge panic of getting out and so their breaking down the fence and sprinting away.

Cowboy falls and hurts his ankle when they jumped through the fence. That's why later he "can't make it" during the Furies chase.

You ask why the warriors are wet when they run to the graveyard. look closely to the left of the screen when swan drops down by the gravestone. you can see raindrops falling.

adios,
I always thought he was just out of cardiovascular shape or just in less condition than Ajax. But that was a humid looking night. Add the adrenaline and running to the equation and it's perspiring time.
