Hey all!! I'm new here and new to the movie.

I only saw the movie for the first time on Spike the other night. The Warriors kicks!! I immediately went out and bought the Director's Cut. Now I just have to find a copy of the original.

After I watched the movie, I searched the internet and found this site. I can't believe there is such a HUGE fanbase for the Warriors.

I even made my 9-year old daughter watch it with me when she came over for the weekend. After that, she went around saying "Warriors....Come out to play-ee-aayyy". I think I scarred her for life....

I felt the same way when I first saw this movie many years ago. I'm psyched to get the game tonight...

I grew up in NY/NJ and that movie is a part of my life...

Those Hi-Hats kinda' remind me of Daniel Day Lewis' gang in "Gangs of New York" (without the mime makeup, or course).
