Did The Warriors break a rule of the truce?
Well I remember that in the begining of the movie Cleon says that they are all going 9 guys not packing anything. then later when they are trespassing in Orphan territory we Swan take a Molotov Cocktail from Cohise.
So did they break a rule of the truce or did I miss something and they picked it up from somewhere else?

Well nobody really knew it was a Molotov Cocktail because it was on his neck.

They weren't carrying it as a weapon to begin with---it was a "pick me up" but when the opportunity arises and they needed a weapon, it just served a dual purpose---so no they did not break the truce.

Yeah it was just quick thinking. I doubt they knew they were ever gonna need to make one.

In the original story, the book, Bimbo had two bottles with him and they brought it to help keep the nerves cool.

Snow is the one who carried it around his neck. I think it was probably fuel, since it served for one purpose. Swan and the rest of the Warriors knew exactly what was going on when Snow took the bottle from his neck.
Theoretically, they did break the truce since it is a weapon. But a clever one that nobody suspected, and it did come in handy.

No they didn't bring it as a weapon---they brought it to drink---it just was lucky that they still had it at the time when they needed it to be a weapon.
With the way the night turned out, they just never got a chance to indulge, and so they needed their wits about them and never got to slow down long enough to pass it around.

I don't think they were big drinkers. That was for lighting and throwing. Swan knew what to do instantly and so did Snow. They acted in unison.

You're all forgetting that they brought another potential weapon to the big meeting.
Vermin's big one.

I doubt that would have been a big threat.

And if they would have had a happy conclave experience, and Snow would have handed him the bottle on the way home in the subway car, he would have known exactly what to do with it too.
big drinkers or not, was hardly evident to us---but they certainly were not nieve to the fact. You actually believe they didn't party?? Or that they didn't drink given the opportunity??

give me one instance when the bottle was used in an aggressive manner at the conclave.it never was so how was any rule broken?
as already stated it was used in the orphans territory as a weapon.yet again no rules were broken there as after the conclave none were set.
to quite honest with you if you were face to face with a gang and you had a weapon of some sort are you telling me you wouldnt use it against them.i doubt it.
