Track 1 - Where Do We Go From Here?

The sun painted the sky a creamy gold as gusts of wind pushed the atlantic on shore.

Mercy's fingers crept to his and their hands interlocked... Swan knew she had no intention of letting go. Apparently she had made that decision upon first laying eyes on The Warriors... and on him.

It was the kind of moment you breathed in and savored... But when Mercy examined Swan's face, all she found was an empty stare.

"Hey..." she stopped him, "Why the sad face, huh? You made it... You're home!"

She waited for a response, wanting her words to sink in and resurrect a smile to his face.

Instead, he looked to her and spoke softly,...

"We made it..." he said before his eyes traveled to the remaining five following not far behind, "...but some didn't."

Her gaze dropped and she looked away, defeated by his words.

The bruised and restless fivesome finally approached. They looked to Swan, waiting to be led...

"What now, War Chief?" Snow asked, "...Where do we go from here?"

Swan glanced out to the ocean.

"Go home,..." he answered, "...I'll be in touch."

"What about you?" Rembrandt stepped out, still cradling his wounded flesh, "Where are you going?"

"...To get some answers."

A mixture of anxiety and confusion briefly crossed their faces. Nonetheless, their loyalty sent them on their way without another word.

Track 2 - They Must Not Know

Dusty Chuck Taylor's headed towards the infamous Wonder Wheel. Too tired to speak, they let their faces express how they were feeling.

"S--t!!!"

"What's wrong?!" They all turned to Cowboy who had somehow ended up on the ground.

"Pulled a muscle... Damn!" He complained as he pressed against his left calf.

Vermin found this to be incredibly funny and suddenly burst into laughter.

"Ah, s--t..." Cochise looked down at him disappointed, "I thought somethin' was really wrong."

Snow leaned over to help Cowboy to his feet, "You alright, man?"

"Yeah,..." he replied dusting his pants leg, "Must've been all that running."

"Hey look!" Rembrandt pointed to the group of men in black clothing leaving the park.

"Oh s--t..." Vermin finally stopped laughing.

"I wonder what they did with them."

A black vehicle awaited Massai. He watched as the others loaded into the number of vans parked further down the lot.

Someone whispered into his ear, and Massai looked up towards Snow and the others.

"They must not know," the man continued.

Massai meditated on his words. He had heard about one of their soldiers who was beat to death after Cyrus' fall. Now he wondered if revenge would follow once they found out that the Gramercy Riffs were responsible.

"Don't worry about it," he replied before finally entering the car.

"If they want to make a move,... they know where to find me."

That was fantastic dollFACE! You even took into account the Riffs on Coney and the possibility of revenge for Cleon from the Warriors, I haven't heard of anyone writing from that point of view. Mercy is right you have the gift! Thankyou for being the first brave girl to post some fiction for us.
