Very nice, Hazzard, I had that problem too, when I went was a Fury for Halloween, NO ONE knew what I was.

is there a special kind of face paint you can get which wouldnt rub off easily

Might not be the best idea to get paint like that, I was up all night washing it off, next day, I still had some on me and it was at school too!
Well, my mom got the paint, so if I find the tubes I'll tell you.

The face paint I used came from our local fancy dress shop. You had to mix it with water to get it to stay on, so it came off real easy too.

It was such a bugger to get decent lines between the colours though. I reckon the Furies must've done each others make up!

but ya know what's funny??
i got 10 pairs of jeans, that look just like those!! and i wear em everyday! LOL
and those all-stars, are the shoes i wear everyday!! (when i'm not at work!)
and i got 3 more pairs of black all-stars just like em, sittin in my closet, never been worn!!!

that's what's funny!!
i look like that, everyday, minus the vest!
(but, i been wearin it more, and more, lately!!) LOLOL

i'm stuck in the way back machine, what can i say!!

(but, "straight leg" jeans are comin back, baggy one's are on the way out!)
