Mezco Warriors Update

Post by War Chief »

On their site they say:

"The Warriors figures have completely sold out and are no longer in production. There are no plans for a Series 2 at this time".

It's a shame there are no plans for a series 2. They need to strike now whilst the iron is hot!! At least the first series sold out which shows the demand!

That's right...no plans for a series 2 until they get Lions to sign a contract!

I expect the prices to sky rocket now no more are being made. In that case, there'll be fewer available on ebay.

i hope the figures arent never made again, as there are loads of people who still want to buy them(like me!!!) Plus, mezco must know that there is demand for the figures, so it would seem pointless for them to stop making them :D

What bothers me is that Mezco put the link to the action figures back on the main page of their site. The first time I saw it I had to do some searching for the product page. I find that odd because it's not a 2006 product line anymore, so there's no reason to have it up there.

Like Richard Starkey wrote earlier, I honestly wouldn't be surprised if there was a second series. They did something like this with the Ajax action figures, releasing more after they sell out. By announcing that the action figures are not in production and that there is no plan for a second series people will try to buy them before they're totally sold out.
