Well in terms of actual cinematic quality and sheer prefection, it'd have to be Citizen Kane, or Seven Samurai.
But that's just for actually great movies. Not sure if you are talking in terms of "how much I like this movie."
In that case it would have to be a massive tie between the Good, the Bad and the Ugly, Saving Private Ryan, and Apocalypse Now.
I'll think of more in the very near future....

citizen kane? while i understand its importance to film making, its a snooze fest of a flick. i have yet to be able to sit through it without falling asleep. 
best movie ever is Diehard because it completely changed the action film industry. it was the first movie of its kind, it opened the eyes of many directors, and help find a new perspective outside of the typical good guy bad guy senerio.
