All-City Burners

Hey all,

I'm trying to complete the game 100% and I'm currently at 99% lol. One thing that is driving me mad and stopping me from fully completing the game is the burners on the All-City level.

The burners is a bonus objective and there is 4 to tag. I've been searching the level from top to bottom and can only find three. The three (with the best explanation I can give) I can find are;

01. In the tunnel
02. In the trasmitter building in the back.
03. On the wall near the train stop.

Sorry if they are hard to understand where they are, but I really hope you can help. Thanks folks!

Ok, we got the tunnel, and the transmitter building.

But there is one where you have to jump over multiple trains to get to, the meeting point (top of the building to meet Fox), it is quite a distance to get to, but eventually you'll get to it.
It's on the side of some wall, but if you jump down to get the flash and paint, you'll have to go all the way around, from the beginning.

there should be on if you hop on all the trains from the burner at the train staiton near the stairs  all the way at the end where there should be like a half a wall and its near the begining
