I was thinking if they ran out real gangs to put in the remake they make up there own gangs and they are spin offs of the gangs in the movie like the Saracenz wearing tutus instead of black tank tops use your imagination to make one up yourself.

If the new movie had a gang [besides The Warriors] fight another gang, let's just use your example;

then it wouldn't be about the Warriors. This movie is called The Warriors, so it's obviously is going to revolve around the Warriors. It would be different if something like that happened at the meeting, but if it was on the way home, then it would be totally senseless and would go off the main topic of what the film is about. Not such a good idea.
