i think that there should a certain limit of post per day or week and when you reach that limit you cant post anymore, instead of overposting by accident and then getting banned for a week.
Overposting bans are not a week long, it clearly says on The Rules page "Overposting: Instant ban of 2-5 days at the discretion of the moderators". And my opinion on the post limit per day is that I think it's great. It works out well for me, I end up only making about 2 or 3 posts a day and I think that 5 should be enough to keep anyone saying all they need to say in one day. So it's good that people who decide to break the rules and overpost can get banned because it has a warning about it right in the rules. And this is all has nothing to do with The Warriors so this topic should be in the Site Forum.

Yes, at the discretion of moderators. When i first started on the site i didnt really take much notice of the rules and i really loved the site so i posted like, 22 in one day without knowing about the limit.
And i got banned for a week.

Also as you say "It works out well for me, I end up only making about 2 or 3 posts a day " not everyone can go on the internet everyday so its not so good for them if they cant post much because they cant go on and then get banned if they post too much.

I understand what you're trying to get at and I don't think it's a bad idea at all. I saw the thread you made [http://warriorsmovie.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=5369.0] and though it may seem like it's making posting on the forum easier for certain individuals, think about what the moderators would be going through. If they had to monitor over 15 posts from some members in one day [assuming some people would take advantage of it like that] to make sure people aren't breaking the rules and making useless posts. Not only would it be bad for them, but if they cannot take care of all the posts made in a day, then the forum will become very hectic and brutal.
