Pink Floyd
I am a huge Floyd fan and I was wondering if anyone else around here was. I have been listening to their music for years and I cant get enough. My favortie album is Animals, song Dogs.

Re: Pink Floyd
Which one is pink
.... One of the best! Remember a friend I worked with bringing over a 250 watt bose amp and 4 bose 901s over to my house many a year ago to hook up to my turntable (dual 201 and a shure v15 phaze 3 cartrage).
Put on Animals and trust me the whole block heard it.

I have had to put my big stereo on hold, but I cant wait to get it up and running. Right now I got on Meddle. I really like meddle but I think I like The Wall a little better. Does anybody else like the Final Cut?

Re: Pink Floyd
I love Pink Floyd, I gotta admit that my favorite song is Money, it was the first one of theirs I liked, ever, it's been one of my favorites since I was five.

Re: Pink Floyd
Thats cool. SOmetimes I start to think that The Wall, and Dark Side of the Moon are overatted. But they are really good albums. I recently spiked an interest of Pink Floyd at my high school. My buddy Tom is a huge fan now.

Re: Pink Floyd
pink floyd rules! i love them, they're one of my favorite all time bands.
my favorite album is "A Nice Pair", cause it was the first PF album i owned when i was a kid. it was actually The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn and A Saucerful Of Secrets in one, hence called a nice pair.Â
there so many but my favorite PF songs would be, in no particular order....
echos - the instrumental rocks, its just so motivating kind of like 'one of these days'
san tropez - the song makes me smile
wish you were here - thats a given if you like floyd
the great gig in the sky - vocals man, its all about the vocals.
money - its a crime, if you don't like this song!
brain damage/eclipse - i consider them to be one song...look at my sig!
the gnome - a blue green hood, it looked quite good...
bike - you can ride if you like!Â
corporal clegg - he had a wooden leg for crying out loud!
mother - do you think they'll drop the bomb?
hey you - out there on your own...
on the turning away - lyrics are awesome!
learning to fly - can't keep my eyes from the circling sky...
arnold layne - takes 2 to know
see emily play - free games for may!Â
and theres so many more i just didn't list, did i mention PF is my favorite band.Â

He's coming to Philidelphia in september too. Too bad all the good seats are already sold out. Now, all I can get is lawn tickets.
