I made my mind, count me in guys! 8) !  Thats a really good idea cowboy rules, it would be really great if you could let us know what the topic is going to be about as soon as you can to prepare my story.

I'm in. As much as I'd like to enter Urban Legends part 1, I think a central theme might turn out okay, as long as it's not too strict. (Maybe, about Cowboy or the Electric Eliminators, but not specific stories like "how the Warriors took Harlem" or "broke Ajax out of jail" or "brought Cleon back from the dead via dark magic")

Okay guys lets get somthing sorted. Say you've wrote a fan fic on the Punks. The topic could be. 'Write a story about the orphans'. Then you couldnt post a fan fic you wrote before. And anyway you are FORBIDDEN from entering older storys!!

might I add a suggestion? well since this is the MOVIE forum, I do believe that the stories should draw ideas from the movie. keep the game out of mind so no Cobb or Birdy or Chatterbox. just stuff from the movie if you want to use a gang that was in the movie that wasn't given any real names, give them your own ideas for names, Don't use the game as a guideline use the movie and most importantly, The Furies and The Hi Hats do NOT talk ever unless you want to do something where they talk to eachother in their HQ

I'unno man, not sure we should be so strict on the game stuff... I mean, sure, game restrictions are good, but keep in mind some parts of canon (to the best of your knowledge - Birdie was essentially dead, and Chatterbox is train sushi). Oh, and nobody ever established the Hi-Hats as a strictly non-talking gang.

Ok, we need some more direction on this so I am going to flex my muscle and set the rules and theme for your fiction!

Some of these rules are based on those by Scurvy Dog.

1. Judges will not be allowed to enter ... obviously.

2. Fan Fiction must be brand new and not something already submitted.

3. It must be a minimum of 400 words ... which is not much considering I am writing a 15,000 word dissertation right now.

4. Post fan fiction with the subject "COMP ENTRY - [Your Name]"

5. The title for this competition is "Rumble in Coney" and you can interpret that how you like ... be creative!

6. Deadline is a week today - July 2nd.

Get writing! Hopefully if this is a success, then cowboy and scurvy will be able to choose new themes for later rounds.

Aw Chief thank you!! Lol I could not have come up with better rules. So Scurvy Dog,  How nabout we let WC handle this 1st round and we handle the rest? And also I need help here, should I enter or judge? I'm torn between the 2 lol. And thank you bery much to Storm for also judging!!
