Video game difficulties

Post by warlord jp »

I was wondering if you guys like difficult challenging games that take months or weeks to pass, or the easy games. I have to go with the easy difficulty games, but they have to be cool though. I love the resident evil games but somethimes they make them very difficult, all the puzzles you have to solve and being stuck in a game is one of the things i hate the most!

If you want very hard, play Ninja Gaiden for the Xbox.
If you want impossible, play Ninja Gaiden Black for Xbox.

I really like challenging games, but games like Ninja Gaiden is too much.

Another game that is very hard for me to pass is FEEL THE MAGIC XY XX for the nintendo ds!
If any of you have the ds, you should try this game, its pretty hard, but pretty cool also.

I like games that are a challenge. Normally, I like to find things out for myself and play the game through without any guides or walkthru's... but like you said warlord jp, being stuck in a game is annoying, so sometimes I'll have to look up certain bits and bobs to help me out, then I'll carry on as normal.

Saying that, I bought 'Hitman - Blood Money' the other week, and had to download a guide almost straight away. How the hell are you supposed to know what's what without one?! I enjoyed it though, and I guess that's all that matters  :)

As for Resident Evil, I remember thinking it was a difficult game when it first came out. Looking back now, it wasn't exactly difficult, just intimidating!

Some challenging games I like to play are the Splinter Cell series. They require patience and some skill, excellent games.

im stuck on the damn level on gta san andreas and its called supply line i think. but its hard you have to help cj's nerdy ass freind named zero destroy his enemys supply trucks. you have to fly around san fierro with those little rc barron planes and destroy the trucks with that, but this is where it gets hard. 1.you run out of fule.2if you crash its hard to fly again because of buildings around you.3 the people your chasing shoot you back. i have been stuck on this mission fo well over a year now. and its pissing me off. :x

Hehe, I was stuck on the same one for about 1 month and a half. You actually don't need to complete it to beat the game but its needed to do a really fun mission in Las Venturas ( Not gonna spoil it for ya ;) ) Anyways, what I did was go for the nearest ones and then I went for the far left and got back to Zero's with about 3-5 % fuel left. This mission defiantely has to be the hardest mission in GTA history. Theres a trick I also read up about. Just put your RC in reverse on the ground and you don't waste fuel. Hope that helps bud

yes that game is very hard, with all the stealth missions.although I didn't use a guide I found out some very cool things.Like you can make their deaths look like an accident, for example you can push people off balconies and down stairs.you can rig stoves so they explode.you can even rig chandaliers so they will fall on your target

Yeah, the guide explained how to pull all those off, as to ensure the most inconspicuous and cleanest of kills and walk out with a 'Silent Assassin' rating at the end of every mission... My notoriety level didn't go up once! But there's no way I would have known how to do half the things I did, without that guide. My favourite level had to be the boat, due to the amount of targets having 'accidents' all over the place  :)

As for that 'Supply Line' mission in GTA San Andreas... I remember taking it in turns with a mate to try and get that done and out of the way... On our umpteenth attempt, the plane runs out of petrol (again!) and he lost it... literally. He threw the control pad down onto his hardwood floor, shattering it. He then picked up the playstation, held it in front of his face and shouted real loud that it was effin' this and effin' that. I turned into the negotiator when he held it above his head, ready to throw it down... "Put it down, man! It ain't worth it!".
He saw sense in the end and was gutted that he broke his control pad. Sure, nobody likes losing, but why get like that over a game?!

I've done that mission since then... if you leave a game for a while, then go back to it with a clear head at a later time, sometimes you wonder what all the fuss was about  ;)
