!!!!BIG WARRIORS SCREENING!!!!

I'm from the Orange County area (just south of Los Angeles) and am planning to go out there for the screening.

My friend chickened out (he must be an Orphan) and I'm pretty much going to soldier up there via JFK on my own.

The reason I am posting is to ask if anyone lives close to where the screening is going to be or if anyone is planning to get a hotel out there. 

I'd like to make the meeting at the conclave- I was not planning on participating on the scavenger hunt, but if an extra person is needed I could help.

I'm looking for someone to hang with/tag along with that is familiar with the subway system/parts of the city so that we can take the subway from the conclave spot to the movie spot and/or maybe even visit some of the parts where the movie was filmed such as the spot where the furies are first seen or the park or something to that effect.

I plan to fly in by JFK on Aug 1st(TUES). and then doing the warriors thing on Wed (Aug 2) and even get on the Wonder Wheel after the movie, then fly home on Thurs Aug3 about 12p.m.

New posters here and all three are now available here. The artist changed the variant to this new image, and there is also a new poster.  The Fury poster is limited to 50 worldwide, and the variant on the 1st poster is limited to 40.

I just ordered the red variant and the new Furie poster! I cant wait until they arrive. Its a cool feeling having one of something that they only made a handful of. It makes me feel special .

Sweet Jesus...Coney is going to rock.  Word from on high says Cyrus is confirmed.  (I wonder if he'll be emcee'ing the conclave scavenger hunt?)

The Scavenger Hunt/ Road Rally is going to be the best thing in the world.  A shame I have to work it, and can't run all over NYC in costume like the rest of you lucky bums!  (Or...that might be a good thing)

We've got a ton of celebs from the film going to be there, and I hope to see you there!

As an aside, the promo posters we had printed up are going fast!  They were just delivered today, so anyone who ordered one should see it soon!  They are HUGE in and look great in person...I'm constantly impressed w/ the art Tyler Stout does for us!

All the color inks in the posters are metallic and makes the poster SING!

It's the six that still remain from the original nine.  Fox and Cleon are dead and Swan is leaving the gang, and Ajax is getting out of jail on some entrapment deal, so that's the six that still remain after the  night of the meeting.

I wish I could be at Coney for that screening. 

...and I want the brown image, on a t-shirt, with red sleeves, very 70's. 8)

i am aware of the fact that gang attire is required to attend the screening (aug.2 ... my birthday ) ... but is it REQUIRED! meaning they wont let you in unless yer wearing a vest or dressed up like a gang member from the movie! i need info...thank you! !
