Every since that idiot with its dumb TRL show got on MTV, the show just went down hill, some musicians are eve saying things like: " What is the point in making videos?". MTV will never be the same it was when it first started!

Indeed!!! I used to catch them early in the morning, but now I don't bother because out of 10 videos, only 1 is good!

i stopped watchin MTV ages ago, now i watch Kerrang! its so much better, because you don't get all them crappy songs from MTV

MTV is bad, no doubt, but the actual music on it is worse. "punk" (cough pop cough) emo band after another horrible, horrible, blinged out rapper of the week. It's all so uninspired and unorigional.

What's worse is that people listen to it. People buy it. People make these "artists" rich.  Blame MTV for publicising it, but blame the "music" for existing.

Well i for one am not exactly in to music i am mostly into MTV but only the shows like * NEXT * and * DATE MY MOM * and stuff like that. But your right it has turned into a rap paridise.

the only reason i like mtv is for wildboyz,jackass,viva la bam,and b and b head. i watch vh1 or vh1 classic those are way better.
