as far as how strict it is, thats tuff the forum has got better sense we got tight on rules, might be hard on alot of you, but really...go by the rules and you have no problems, reality is, what we ask each member to do isnt anything crazy, follow our rules, use search. i have said it a million times, but anyone who doesnt agree with the way things are run at this forum always has the ways and means to make there own forum
