What does LAMF mean?

i just finished the book and noticed that hinton tags LAMF a few times, but they dont explain what it means. sorry if this has been discussed before, i searched and found nothing.

I cant remember the context in which LAMF was written (been a few years since i last read the book).  If it was to degrade or insult a rival gang, then im taking a guess at Lame A88 Mutha (i think you can figure out the last word).
